Pill Party, January 2012
On January 25, 2012, over 30 volunteers helped count and package medication for the upcoming brigade. Following the packing, a box lunch was provided to all of the volunteers along with a slide presentation showing the work that Washington Overseas Mission does in Honduras.
Successful Toy Drive
Thank you to all who donated new/gently used toys to our Christmas Toy Drive. In addition WOM purchased $500 worth of toys to send.
Container Packing, 02/18/2012
The next shipment to Honduras is scheduled for Saturday, February 18. We will ship from Frick's former processing plant warehouse which is located at Jefferson and 8th Street across from Dairy Delight.
2012 Brigade
Our annual spring mission trip, which usually consists of 3 medical/dental teams and one construction team will take place March 14 to March 24, 2012. We are currently seeking both local and international volunteers for this mission trip.
