Washington Overseas Mission seeks to improve the health and quality of life of the people of Honduras.  We strive to have a lasting positive impact on the people of Honduras, in matters of health, education, and community development. 

We hope to demonstrate that people from our country are aware of the discrepancy between the “haves” and the "have nots" and feel inclined to bring greater balance to the world.  There are few volunteers who have been a part of our annual brigade trips who do not realize that we each gain more from the experience than we have given and feel that the blessing of our gifts has been multiplied and returned.
